This sake is made from rice grown in the brewery's own rice fields with contract farmers in Yame City. The full, smooth flavor and fruity aroma of Ginjo sake harmonize well with each other and are a perfect complement to food.
In recognition of its excellence, Gin no Sato won the Platinum Award in the Junmai Ginjo Sake category at SAKE Selection 2018, a Japanese sake category of the Brussels International Competition.
