Kue, or longtooth grouper, is known as high-class fish. In Fukuoka, it is called ara, and ara hot pot is popular among the locals. We offer firm-textured natural longtooth grouper in a small hot-pot style which you can easily try. Savor the high-quality delicacy.

This is a sukiyaki hot pot through which you can thoroughly enjoy Hakata wagyu (Japanese beef) from cows who grew up eating rice straw produced in Fukuoka Prefecture and other high-quality feed.

Enjoy juicy Hakata chicken with a light texture, whose savory taste increases as you chew, simmered in salty-sweet Kyushu soy-based kaeshi (a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, and mirin cooking wine). Combined with the egg, the chicken goes well with white rice.

The special salty-sweet kaeshi (a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, and mirin cooking wine) that we are very proud to provide goes great with chicken and eggs placed on top of rice.

This is a gentle-favored oyakodon that uses plump and soft pieces of chicken with a Kiou egg (branded egg) produced in Asakura in Fukuoka Prefecture.

Sashimi (raw fish) of freshly caught wild amberjack has been marinated in a broth that includes soy sauce and kombu kelp. Season it to your liking with our homemade sesame paste sauce, served on the side.

When booking, please tell us your desired time,

Bookings should be made at least a week in advance.

*Private dining rooms must be requested at
the time of booking.

Cancellations

Booking cancellations are subject to the following conditions.
1. Cancellation by 12:00 p.m. on the previous business day will not be charged.
2. Cancellation after 12:00 p.m. on the previous business day will be charged 100% of the menu price.

*We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays,
and other special occasions.
Please inform us as early as possible
if you cancel or change the number of diners.
